Project Turnaround
The turnaround for research projects is based on each client's specific needs and requirements. However, the typical time frame of completion is 10 to 15 business days. Finding Deep Roots will align with the client on research goals, the completion timeline, and other details at the onset of the project. Official research activities will begin within 48 hours from the receipt of the client signed contract.
Acceptance/Refund Policy
Should there be a dispute(s) with the research findings, client will notify Finding Deep Roots of the specific dispute(s) in writing within 30 days from the date of the Project Completion Letter. Finding Deep Roots will provide corrective action within 10 days. If the client is not satisfied with the corrective action, client may request a partial refund to be mutually determined by client and Finding Deep Roots. Should dispute notification not be received within the 30 days, the research findings will be considered accepted.
